Reviews and Testimonials for SOS Septic or Sewer

I flip houses and never have purchased one with Septic Tank. I was skeptical but I did because the location is prime. I contacted SOS per some of the neighbors recommendations and their Google reviews. I was in their workers' way fascinating to see how this works. The guys were pleasant and did a good job. The receptionist called me ahead of time and all seemed to be in perfect working order. If I ever need septic services for this property, I would call SOS. Hopefully the next flip is sewer system, ha, ha

From scheduling to sh** pulling away (no pun intended 🤣), 5 STAR SERVICE! Super special shout out to DANIEL! For 12 yrs I've had to have tank pumped at least every 2 yrs (old, small tank) and EVERY time Ive explained to the guys our issue, and all our neighbors get many more yrs. NEVER has anyone suggested us cleaning out the filter every 6 months, until Daniel rolled up! This was super helpful info and I truly appreciate him. Wishing I would have given him some farm fresh eggs, dang it!

Wonderful service with a smile. Two tanks emptied in one hour. They even took the time to explain where the tanks were, what they do, how often to get them serviced. They left everything looking great.

Just had 2 of their guys out on Christmas Eve!! They drained my grey water tank and we all got down on unclogging the pipe picture #2!! The 2 tech's were great. They knew exactly what they were doing. Thanks for the prompt service on short notice!

I called sos today and they came right out to my house in Palm Bay. They sent 2 guys ahead of truck to start digging. And truck showed up shortly after. Great team and awesome workers They even flushed out all my lines to make sure they were clear. The guys were very nice and respectful Great team sos. You doing a great job

We called the SOS team on a Saturday afternoon and they fit us in for the next morning. It was unfortunate to have to have a situation that required a weekend fee (which every company would have) but they earned every penny and will have my future business and referrals. Brandon was an excellent service technician and even took the time to turn his work into a science lesson for our kids who homeschool. He also thoroughly explained what happened to our septic system and what we could do to try and prevent the issue again. We learned a lot, Brandon resolved the issue quickly, left the area clean, was extremely professional and dare I say, made the experience fun for our family!

Very happy with my service, start to finish. They were professional on the phone, prompt to the appointment, and had no issue replacing the bolts that the last company lost for my tank lid. I opted for the year worth of tank treatment and they explained the schedule and instructions and made sure we understood before they left. Will definitely be using them again
